Chief Seattle Club has made the leap into housing development with the landmark ?ál?al “Home” development, which opened in 2021. The building features 80 affordable housing units, with designated units for veterans and people leaving homelessness, a primary care health clinic run by Seattle Indian Health Board, gathering and meeting spaces to host events, meetings, and Chief Seattle Club programming, and a cafe featuring art Chief Seattle Club’s Native Works program.
