Working with the Cheyenne River Housing Authority, Big Water designed and implemented a mobile GIS workflow to increase efficiency in managing tribally owned housing units. In addition to setting up the technical infrastructure for the project, we conducted training to facilitate its use and build internal GIS capacity.
